The Rosé wines at Roger Goulart have always been defined by a unique style, using red autochthonous red grape varieties exclusively.
The short time of contact between the grape skin and the grape must, gives us this distinctive colour. The rest of the winemaking process follow the same method as the rest of our Cavas, following the traditional method.
